Well guys, I'm deciding it's time for me to settle down and go to school. I put off going to school because I moved to the US to work for several years... but now I want to buckle down and hit the books.
I'm leaning toward a graphic design course, because that's the kind of thing I have a passion for, and I have quite a few friends in the industry.
Just wanted to ask you guys if you have any suggestions for solid other courses to take in addition to that my first year? (Just things worth taking, for the experience/knowledge/etc)
Anyways, wish me luck... will be sending my application in within a week or so.

Good luck bro
Good luck with school bro. Hope you get through that nightmare better than I did.
Most schools have required credits that you have to take. But after that try to look ahead to what courses will allow you to take more interesting advanced stuff the next year. Also, any course that teaches a marketable skills is well worth the effort taking it. Philosophy never translated into a job except for the guy teaching you it.
good luck! i need to go back to college too...
Good Luck! Psychology & Philosophy classes are always interesting!
Good luck to you, all I learned in college was how to drink, pick up girls, and roll a joint.
That's great news I bet you'll have lots of fun.
Best of luck with the application
I loved drawing until I did it professionally. Now I never draw. Nothing is worse than whoring out your brain. My advice: if you become a graphic artist work for yourself or freelance.
That was my experience anyway. Hopefully yours will be different.
work your ass off is the best advice
